60mm DEF Cap

If you need to improve the overall safety and security of your diesel exhaust fluid, we carry 60mm DEF caps that will properly fit into your fuel system.

This DEF cap features a distinctive blue color to alert maintenance workers of its presence, as well as to what goes into the intake. This identification method also discourages the input of foreign substances, which could cause a lot of damage to the system. You can prevent corrosion, contamination and spillage with these caps, as well.

They’re built to resist the caustic effects of DEF, and they’re also weather-resistant. These 60mm DEF caps specifically fit Volvo and Mack trucks, but they can also fit DT, Renault, Scania, Iveco and Valeo brands.

The unit comes with a built-in tether to keep the cap secured to its area at all times.
