HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE? – First browse our website for the products you would like and add them to your shopping cart using the add to cart buttons. When you have all the items you want in the shopping cart proceed by selecting the “checkout” button. By registering as a customer you will obtain full order histories, be able to track your order online and have a quicker checkout process in the future.
HOW DO I ORDER BY PHONE? – You can phone in your order quick and easy. Simply call us at 586-623-9705 Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm EST or Saturday Noon to 4:00pm EST. Our support staff or maybe even Bud or Tony will be there to assist in getting your order placed, help with product selection or answer any questions you may have.
TRACKING ORDER STATUS – You can check the delivery tracking of your order on the “My Orders” section of My Account for registered users or via the URL link emailed as the order confirmation notice. If you require additional tracking help our support staff if available at 586-623-9705.
CHANGE AN ORDER - Changing your order before it has shipped – We are able to make changes you orders that have not been shipped if you contact us immediately. Please have your order number and call us at 586-623-9705. We put every effort into shipping orders fast, so in some cases orders with ship within hours of being placed. Orders that have been shipped are impossible to make changes to.
CANCEL AN ORDER – Bud & Tony’s Truck Parts must be notified by phone for any cancelation requests. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not shipped. If you want to cancel an order that have already shipped, you will need to request an RMA (Return Material Authorizing) prior to sending the order back. You can click hear and fill out our return RMA Form or call our support team to assist you. The customer is responsible for the initial shipping charges for the order and the shipping charges associated with the return.
